The Evergreen House is actually our home which we rent in the winter and select weeks during the rest of the year.  

The views of Fourth Lake and the mountains to the east and south invite you into the Adirondacks.

The house includes one of the nicest docks on Fourth Lake. The view, framed by the mountains, tunnels down the lake towards Inlet.  

There are three floors of comfort:

• First Floor: laundry, spa, kitchen, great room, dining room, two bedrooms, one for the children, and a full bath.
• Second Floor: The master bedroom and bath is on the top floor with great views.
• The ground floor:  pool room, rec room, winter sunset bedroom, bath.

For winter guests, the Everygreen house has the easiest access to 4th Lake and is right on Trail 5. The garage holds 6 snowmobiles and makes a convenient place for tune-ups and repairs.
