The Evergreen House is actually our home which we rent in the winter and select weeks in the summer, spring and fall.  

The views of Fourth Lake and the mountains to the east and south invite you into the Adirondacks.

The house includes one of the nicest docks on Forth Lake. The view, framed by the mountains tunnel down the lake towards Inlet.  

There are three floors of comfort:

• First Floor: laundry, spa, kitchen, great room, dining room, two bedrooms, one for the children,  and a full bath.
• The master bedroom and bath is on the top floor with great views.
• The ground floor has a pool room, rec room, winter sunset bedroom and bath.

For winter guests, the Everygreen house has the easiest access to 4th Lake and is right on Trail 5. The garage holds 6 snowmobiles and makes a convenience place for tuneups and reparis.
