What are the general Cottage Amenities?  All cottages have the following amenities:  cable TV, outside barbeque (you bring the charcoal), porch or deck, picnic table and campfire site. 

How do I Settle my bill?  The balance of your bill is due upon arrival. 

What are the check in and check out times? Summer check out time is 10a.m., check in is 3:00 p.m. Please do not arrive before 3:00 p.m. We need these four hours to make repairs and prepare the cottages and grounds. Off season check out times depend upon bookings, and we offer some flexibility, check with us.

What are the Rules?  To ensure your enjoyment and safety, please read the rules before you arrive.

What do I bring?  Sheets and towels, charcoal, firewood is available.

Can I use my cell phone?  Reception for AT&T and Horizon service is acceptable at the beach.  

Is WiFi available?   Not at present, but you can use my wireless connection.

Where can I park my boat trailer?  There is plenty of room in the parking lot as you enter the Four Seasons complex.

Can I dock by boat at the waterfront?  You are allotted one docking slip which are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.  If you need more slips, check with me.

How any cars can I bring?  You can bring as many as you want, but only 2 can be parked in the parking lot at lake level.  Any additional cars can be parked in the parking lot as you enter the Four Seasons complex.
