Housekeeping Cottages on Beautiful Fourth Lake.
The Retreat is not part of the the Four Season Cottages, but
it is rented through us and shares all the our beach amenities. It consists of:
Bedroom 1: small bedroom w/double bed & dresser in back of cottage.
Bedroom 2: good size bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed (four beds total) Just right for the kids. The room has a great view of the lake.
Bedroom 3: Large bedroom off the living room, with a double bed.
The Great room fills the entire front of cottage. The kitchen includes lots of counter space; well stocked cupboards; plenty of pantry space and includes a toaster, microwave oven and coffee pot. The living section of the great room has a sofas, a rocking chair; easy chair and cable TV. The covered front porch spans the front of cottage and faces the lake. It a great place to have that morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The Retreat is the most private of all the cottages on the campus. It has its own parking lot, dock and lake side camp fire site. The brook side picnic area with its picnic table and propane grill offers a perfect place for a family meal at camp. The property is bordered on one side by Minnow Brook which empties into Fourth Lake offering an added degree of privacy and a place to catch frogs and smelt (in season). You are always surround by a soothing brook sound which calms the nerves and rests the soul.
